Sales

Tracking sales transactions

Track every sale from negotiation to the deed, including the agreed price, commission, notary, and offers received for the unit.

Purpose

The “Sales” screen tracks ongoing and completed sales. A sale is created automatically when an offer is accepted, including the unit, the “Buyer”, the “Seller”, and the “Agreed price”, although it can also be entered manually.

The actions on the line advance the sale from the “Agreement” to the “Deed” by recording the corresponding dates, which keeps the unit status and the transaction history up to date.
