Property listing syndication

One listing, written once, published on the agency website and in XML and JSON feeds.

The listing starts from the unit: photos, floor area, bedrooms, energy certificate. The text is written in English, French, Dutch and Spanish, with an AI draft to review.

What the module does

  • Sales and letting listings with draft, ready, published or withdrawn status.
  • Text in four languages, drafting and translation proposed by AI.
  • Agency website: one page per listing, contact form, viewing booking.
  • Embed code for an existing website.
  • XML and JSON feeds, at secret addresses that can be regenerated.
  • Views, enquiries and viewings per listing.

Configured by REOS on request

  • Direct sending to property portals: Immoweb, Zimmo, Immovlan, SeLoger, Leboncoin, athome.lu, Funda, Pararius, Idealista, Fotocasa, Rightmove, Zoopla. Each connection requires your contract with the portal.

Frequently asked questions

Are listings sent to Rightmove or Immoweb automatically?
No. A direct connection to a portal is configured by REOS on request, with your agency account at that portal. Without it, the listing is published on your website and in your feeds.
What are the XML and JSON feeds for?
To pass your published listings to a partner who imports them. The addresses are secret and can be regenerated.
