A document is generated from a template, sent for signature, then filed on the relevant record: instruction, lease, offer, reservation, inventory or works order.
What the module does
- REOS templates by market and language, to duplicate and adapt with variable fields.
- Simple electronic signature (eIDAS): six-digit code sent by email, traced signature, typed name.
- SHA-256 fingerprint of the document and signature certificate sent to all parties.
- Signatory reminders and status tracking.
- AI reading of a document to extract the relevant data.
