Implementation

Implementation is quoted separately, between 2 500 and 25 000 euro depending on portfolio size, offices, data quality and integrations.

  • Pricing is driven by units under management, not by seats. Adding an administrator or an accountant never increases the bill.
  • Implementation is quoted separately: data migration from your current software, workflow and commission configuration, document templates, permissions and team training.
  • Contracts are annual, billed monthly or yearly. Enterprise agreements are quoted on portfolio size, entities, integrations and service level.

If you are choosing between two plans, the questionnaire below recommends the one that matches your portfolio and your needs.

Choose a plan

Find the plan that fits your organisation

These five questions recommend the plan from the Pricing page that matches your portfolio, and then prepare a demo on that basis.

Which business lines do you operate?

You can select several answers.

How many units do you manage?

A unit is a lettable or saleable property; a building with twenty flats counts as twenty units.

In which country do you mainly operate?

Lease, indexation and co-ownership rules are configured for this country.

How many agencies or legal entities does your organisation have?

The multi-agency and multi-entity structure is included from the Business plan.

Which functions would be useful from the start?

This question is optional; the functions listed are those of the plan comparison table.

The questionnaire requires JavaScript. You can view the Pricing page directly or request a demo. Compare the plans

The pricing model and implementation

Why units and not seats

A property manager with 1 200 units and 30 people creates value per unit, not per login. Seat-based pricing pushes agencies to share accounts, keep the accountant outside the system and leave technicians on paper. This degrades the data.

Pricing on units under management removes that incentive. Everyone who touches a property has an account, the audit trail stays complete, and the invoice grows only when the business grows.

What implementation covers
  • Data migration from your current software, including owners, units, leases and documents.
  • Configuration of mandate models, commission rules and document templates.
  • Workflow and permission setup per office and per role.
  • Portal connections on request, using your existing portal contracts.
  • Team training by role, with a named contact during the first quarter.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?
No. REOS offers a guided pilot instead of a self-service trial. The pilot runs on a real subset of your portfolio.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is a lettable or sellable entity under management. A building with twenty apartments counts as twenty units, not twenty-one.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. Plans follow the portfolio. Growth beyond a cap moves you to the next plan at the next billing period.

A demo on your own portfolio

The demo runs on a structure that matches yours: unit count, mandate model and portals. Forty-five minutes, no slide deck.
