Cookies
What the website puts on your device, and what it does not.
Version of 6 October 2026.
In short
The re-os.eu website sets no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no third party tracker. No third party script is loaded by its pages.
One single piece of information is kept on your device: your answer to the banner, so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
What is kept
- reos-consent, browser local storage: your choice on the banner. Kept until you clear your browsing data.
- reos-auth, browser local storage, on app.re-os.eu only: your open session. Essential to the customer area, cleared when you sign out.
- reos-active-org, browser local storage, on app.re-os.eu only: the organisation shown when you belong to more than one.
Record of your acceptance
When you accept the terms, REOS records this acceptance so that it can be evidenced: a random identifier, also kept in reos-consent, the date and time, the page and language, the version of the documents accepted, the text displayed, the browser used and a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.
When you submit a form on the site, the data processing notice shown on that form is recorded in the same way, together with the e-mail address provided. These records are kept for no more than five years and are used solely to demonstrate consent.
What is not set
- No analytics cookie, no advertising identifier.
- No social network button, no font or map loaded from a third party server.
- No cookie is sent by our servers: the response carries no Set-Cookie header.
Cloudflare’s role
Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which protects the site against attacks. During a security check this service may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell a legitimate visitor from a bot. It is not used for advertising tracking.
Changing your choice
Clear the site data for re-os.eu in your browser preferences: the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Your browser also lets you block or delete local storage for this site. The site will keep working; only your preference will be forgotten.
If this changes
If an analytics tool is added one day, it will load only after your explicit agreement, this page will be updated and dated, and the banner will be shown to you again.
