Frequently asked questions

Does indexation take the energy certificate into account?
Yes. In Brussels, the EPC correction factor applies and indexation is blocked without a valid certificate. In France, a home rated F or G is not reviewed.
How are payments matched?
By importing the bank statement in CSV. Payments are matched by structured reference, then by amount and name.
