Maintenance, works and contractors

From the reported issue to the invoice charged to the unit.

A tenant or co-owner reports an issue from their portal. The agency creates the works order, the contractor responds from a link, and the cost is charged to the unit.

What the module does

  • Issues by category and priority, with photos.
  • Works orders with a cap including VAT; above the threshold, landlord approval requested by email.
  • Contractor link: quote, visit date, completion, invoice upload.
  • Invoice amount read by AI.
  • Contractor directory: trades, insurance and expiry date, rating.
  • Cost charged to the unit and to the landlord statement.
