The pattern we kept seeing
In every industry, the same sequence repeats. A company outgrows generic tools. It buys three specialised tools that do not exchange data. It then hires staff to move data between them. The cost is spread across everyone’s working day, so it does not appear anywhere.
Real estate shows this problem clearly. Portfolio, owner relationship, mandate, lease, maintenance ticket and money form one continuous chain. Most products on the market split it into separate pieces.
How we work
- We build with operators, not focus groups. The roadmap follows real portfolios.
- We deliver the core before the extras. A clean object model cannot be added afterwards.
- We refuse shortcuts that break under audit, including portal scraping.
- Implementation is part of the product. It is not sold separately by a third party.
Where we operate
REOS is developed in Belgium and distributed across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The platform is part of a group that also builds vertical software for logistics and specialised distribution.
