Managing prospects

Register individuals who are searching for property and define their criteria, in order to automatically suggest properties that match their requirements.

Purpose

The “Prospects” screen centralises agency contacts, such as candidates, buyers, sellers, or tenants, along with their search criteria. These criteria populate the “Matches” screen, which links each prospect to available units.

The prospect file displays their visits, CRM opportunities, and incoming requests, providing a comprehensive view of their journey prior to any interaction.

Where to find it

  1. Sales
  2. Prospects

Steps

  1. Open “Prospects” and click on “New” in order to open the “New prospect” form.
  2. Enter the “Name”, which is mandatory, followed by the “First name”, “Type”, “Email”, “Telephone”, “Language”, and “Source”.
  3. Describe the search by filling in “Looking to” (“Rent” or “Buy”), “Budget from”, “Budget up to”, “Bedrooms, minimum”, “Surface, minimum”, and “Cities”, separating the cities with commas.
  4. Tick “Search is active” so that the prospect is included in the matching process.
  5. Save the record, then click on “Matches” on the prospect's line in order to view the properties that suit their requirements.

Good to know

  • Cities can be indicated by their name or by their postal code, as the matching system accepts either format.
  • A visitor who books a viewing online is automatically registered as a prospect if they do not already exist, with the search type inferred from the listing.
  • The list can be filtered by “Type” and “Looking to”, and it displays the “Last activity” for each contact.
