Purpose
The “Matches” screen continuously compares available units against the active searches of your applicants, so that you know immediately which property to offer to whom. A purchase budget is compared with the selling price, and a rental budget with the rent.
The score details the share of each criterion: “Budget” out of 40, “Bedrooms” out of 20, “Surface” out of 20 and “Area” out of 20, which allows you to judge the relevance of a proposal before sending it.
Where to find it
- Sales
- Matches
Also accessible from the “Matches” action of an applicant.
Steps
- Ensure that the units to be offered have the status “Available” and a completed selling price or rent.
- Verify that the applicants in question have the “Search is active” box ticked and complete criteria.
- Open “Matches”: each card displays a unit, its price, its location and the number of interested applicants, ranked by score.
- Click on an applicant name to open their file, or on “Open” to consult the unit file.
- Tick the applicants to whom you wish to write, and then send them the selection.
Good to know
- Only matches reaching at least 60 out of 100 are displayed, and a property exceeding the maximum budget by more than 10% is discarded.
- When the price exceeds the budget, a note indicates the percentage gap above the budget, so that you can take it into account before sending.
- The “No consent” notice flags an applicant who has not given marketing consent and who will therefore not receive automated alerts.
- An applicant without an email address cannot be ticked, because the selection is sent by email.
