Send a property selection

Purpose

The selection is a personal public page, accessible without an account, which presents the properties that you have chosen for the prospect, along with their photos, plans, description, and main features, so that you avoid sending several separate fact sheets.

The service also sends automatic alerts so that, when a unit becomes available or its price drops, corresponding prospects who have given marketing consent receive an email grouping the properties concerned.

Use the “Send” buttons on each prospect and “Send the selection” at the top of the screen.

Steps

1. Open “Matches” and tick the prospects under each unit to whom this property must be offered in order to proceed.
2. Check the number of selected properties, displayed at the top of the screen next to the send button, so that you confirm your choice.
3. Click on “Send the selection” so that the properties ticked for a single prospect are sent together in a single email.
4. To offer a single property, click on “Send” on the prospect line instead.
5. The prospect opens the “Your property selection” page from the email and can reach the agency using “Contact the agency”.

Good to know

• A selection link is valid for sixty days, after which the page indicates that the link has expired.
• A selection can contain up to thirty properties, and the email is written in the language of the prospect.
• The same prospect is never alerted twice for the same property at the same price.
• The page incorporates the photos, plans, and description entered in “Photos and plans”.
