Purpose
The “Photos and plans” box gathers the media of a unit and its description, so that these elements are prepared once and then reused in the listing editor, in the “Property sheet (PDF)”, and in the property selections sent to prospects.
Photos and floor plans are classified separately, which allows you to present the floor plans on dedicated pages of the PDF property sheet without mixing them with the property photos.
Where to find it
- Portfolio
- Units
Action “Photos and plans” on the unit line.
Steps
- Open “Units” and click on “Photos and plans” on the line of the relevant unit.
- In the “Photos” block, click on “Add a photo” and select one or more images, so that the first uploaded photo becomes the cover of the unit.
- Click on “Use as cover” under another photo if you wish to change the cover image.
- In the “Floor plans” block, click on “Add a plan”, as the file name is used as the caption for the plan.
- In the “Description” block, choose the language (FR, NL, EN, or ES), draft the text, and then click on “Save” in order to store the description for this language.
Good to know
- Accepted files are in JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF format, with a limit of 10 MB per file.
- A check mark appears next to each language already drafted, which allows you to quickly verify missing translations.
- The cover photo of the unit is displayed as a thumbnail in the list of units.
- The deletion of a photo or a floor plan requires confirmation, because the file is permanently removed from the storage.
