Purpose
The “Buildings” screen serves as the starting point for the portfolio: each building groups its units, mandates and maintenance requests, which its file presents together so that you can find all information about a property from a single location.
The list displays the cover photo, the number of units and an “Occupancy” gauge calculated based on rented units for each building, in order to quickly identify buildings with low occupancy.
Where to find it

Good to know
- Accepted photos are in JPEG, PNG, WebP or AVIF format and must not exceed 10 MB each; they are kept in a private storage space.
- Building photos are offered in the listing editor in addition to unit photos, which avoids uploading them a second time during publication.
