Purpose
The “Enquiries” screen centralises information requests received for your properties, whether they originate from your website contact form, a telephone call, or a visit to the agency, so that no request remains unanswered.
Each request is associated with the relevant “Unit” whenever possible, which allows you to measure the interest generated by each listing.
Where to find it
- Sales
- Enquiries
Steps
- Open “Enquiries”; the most recent requests appear first, along with their date of receipt.
- For a request received via another channel, click on “New” and enter the “Name”, “Source”, “Email”, “Telephone”, “Unit”, “Language”, and “Message”.
- Open the request to read the message, then click on “Qualify” if it warrants a follow-up, or on “Reject” otherwise.
- Use “Change status” on a selection to classify multiple requests as “Converted” or “Duplicate”.
- Filter the list by status or by source in order to prioritise the processing of “New” requests.
Good to know
- A request sent from a listing page on your website is recorded with the “Source” set to “Website”, and an email is sent to the “Email for enquiries” address defined in the “Website” screen.
- During qualification or rejection, the date and the author of the action are recorded, which facilitates follow-up within the team.
- The “Qualify” action can be applied to several selected requests at once.
