Drafting a listing with AI

Purpose

The “Write with AI” button in the listing editor produces a title and description proposal based on the characteristics of the unit, its building, the price, charges, availability and energy class, in order to quickly obtain a complete text.

The drafting process takes into account the mandatory disclosures for the property market so that the listing is compliant from its very first version.

Steps

1. Open a listing with “Edit”, or create one with “New listing”.
2. Choose the “Unit” first, because the drafting process relies on its data.
3. Complete the type, price, charges and energy class so that the proposal is as accurate as possible.
4. Click on “Write with AI”, and the “Writing…” notice is displayed during processing.
5. Review the “AI proposal”, then click on “Apply” to transfer the texts to the listing, or on “Discard” to abandon them.
6. Click on “Save” in order to keep the applied texts.

Good to know

• Nothing is saved until you apply the proposal and then save the listing.
• Texts that have already been entered are submitted as a draft, which allows the AI to incorporate and complete them.
• Building photos are taken into account during drafting when they exist.
• AI is included in the subscription, and its consumption can be viewed in “AI usage”.
