Purpose
The “Subscription” section of the “Subscription” area displays the selected plan, its monthly price, the next due date, and, during the trial period, its end date. It also compares the number of units and accounts used against the plan limits so that you can anticipate a change.
Upgrading to a higher plan is immediate, whereas downgrading to a lower plan takes the form of a request submitted for REOS approval, which prevents an uncontrolled reduction of rights.
Where to find it
- Account
- Subscription
“Subscription” section.
Steps
- Open “Subscription” in the “Account” group in order to display the current plan and its status.
- Consult the “Usage” section, which compares the “Units” and “Accounts” used against the plan limits.
- In “Change plan”, compare the proposed plans; the current plan is marked as “Current plan”.
- Click on “Choose this plan” under the desired plan, then read the confirmation, which specifies the amount and the effective date.
- Confirm in order to apply the change or to submit the request to REOS.
Good to know
- When upgrading to a higher plan, the supplement corresponding to the remaining days of the cycle is invoiced on the same day; during the trial period, nothing is invoiced and the first invoice directly reflects the new plan.
- When downgrading to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the next due date after approval by REOS, and nothing changes until then.
- As long as an invoice is overdue, changing the plan is unavailable: the “View invoices to pay” button directs you to the relevant invoices.
- The “Subscription” area is reserved for the “Owner”, “Administrator”, and “Accountant” roles; only the owner and administrators can select the initial plan.
