Viewing and paying REOS invoices

The invoices, credit notes and payments for your REOS subscription, together with transfer information and settlement tracking.

Purpose

The "Invoices" section gathers the invoices issued by REOS for your subscription, the credit notes and the recorded payments, in order that you have a complete statement of your account.

At the top of the section, the "How to pay" area contains the necessary information for settling the oldest due invoice, which prevents any entry error during the bank transfer.

  • A new question asked regarding an invoice joins the discussion already opened for this invoice, so that the history remains gathered in a single thread.
  • The possible statuses of an invoice include "Issued", "Sent", "Partial", "Paid", "Late" and "Disputed".
  • The menu indicates an unpaid invoice or an unread reply by means of a counter.
