Account and subscription

Configuring the organisation

Name, home market, default language, contact email, and trades: the settings common to the entire organisation.

Purpose

The “Organisation” pane defines the information that appears on your documents and how amounts are displayed, as well as the address that receives notifications intended for the organisation.

It also presents, for information purposes, the currency associated with the market, the subscription plan, and the status of the organisation, and allows you to select the trades performed, which determine the menu groups.

Where to find it

  1. Account
  2. Settings

“Organisation” pane.

Steps

  1. Open “Settings”, then the “Organisation” pane.
  2. Verify the “Name”, the “Home market”, and the “Default language” of the organisation.
  3. Enter the “Contact email” that will receive notifications intended for the organisation, such as those related to signatures or alerts.
  4. Select the “Trades” performed so that the menu only displays the relevant modules.
  5. Click on “Save changes”.

Good to know

  • If the “Contact email” remains empty, notifications are sent to the account owner.
  • The “Currency” is derived from the selected home market, which ensures that amounts are consistent with the country of operation.
  • Only a member with the “Owner” or “Administrator” role can modify these settings; other members view them in read-only mode.
