Account and subscription

Request a custom setup

Connections linked to your own contracts, such as bank, portals, qualified signature, accounting, Peppol, and calendar, are configured by REOS.

Purpose

Certain functions rely on contracts and access specific to your organisation, such as bank statement imports, real estate portals, qualified electronic signatures, accounting software, Peppol dispatch, or calendar synchronisation. These connections cannot be simulated, meaning they are configured by REOS for your organisation.

In the relevant screens, a “Custom setup” card allows you to submit a request with a single click, in order that REOS has the necessary information to contact you again.

Where to find it

  1. Account
  2. Subscription

The card appears in the relevant screens, for example “Signatures”, “Accounting”, “Billing”, “Co-ownerships”, “Rent calls”, “Calendar”, and “Website”, and tracking takes place in the “Requests” pane.

Steps

  1. Open the screen of the function to connect and locate the “Custom setup” card.
  2. Click on “Request configuration” in order to send the request to REOS.
  3. Check that the card now displays “Configuration requested”.
  4. Follow the exchange and answer the questions from REOS in “Subscription”, within the “Requests” pane.

Good to know

  • The request opens a thread in the “Requests” pane and notifies the REOS team by email, including the name of your organisation and the desired function.
  • As long as a request is not resolved, the card retains the mention “Configuration requested”, which prevents duplicates.
  • Several functions remain usable without a connection, for example the manual import of a bank file or data export, depending on the relevant screen.

Custom configuration, on request to REOS

The “Request configuration” button sends a request to REOS, which configures the connection using the contracts and access of your organisation. This notably concerns bank statements, real estate portals, qualified electronic signatures, accounting software, Peppol, and calendar synchronisation.
