Purpose
The “Billing” screen manages the invoices that the agency sends to its owners and clients, such as fees, expenses, or services. Each invoice is linked to an owner, a contact, or a freely entered recipient, and optionally to a mandate, in order to track the origin of each invoiced amount.
The payment details are defined once and are then included on all invoices, so that documents remain consistent and payments are correctly identified.

Good to know
- The list can be filtered by status and by type, so that you can distinguish invoices from credit notes.
- The “Works approval threshold (€)” defined in the same block applies to work orders when the mandate does not set a threshold.
- Commissions to be invoiced can be converted into a draft invoice from the “Commissions” screen.
Custom configuration, on request to REOS
Sending agency invoices via the Peppol network requires a registered access point for the organisation's company number. The “Request configuration” button in the “Peppol e-invoicing” block sends a request to REOS, which configures this connection using the organisation's access credentials. Without this configuration, invoices are issued as a “PDF” and sent by email.
