Tracking and invoicing commissions

View sales and rental commissions by agent and by mandate, and create the invoice with a single click.

Purpose

The “Commissions” screen lists the fees generated by sales that have reached the compromise or deed stage and by leases concluded under a rental mandate. Three indicators, “To invoice”, “Invoiced” and “Collected”, provide the status of the agency's commercial production.

The “By agent” table totals the amounts for each negotiator, which is used for tracking objectives and remuneration, while the “By mandate” table details each file with its “Basis”, “Commission excl. VAT” and “Status”.

Where to find it

  1. Finance
  2. Commissions

Steps

  1. Open the “Commissions” screen and consult the three indicators at the top of the page.
  2. Analyse the distribution in the “By agent” table.
  3. In the “By mandate” table, identify the rows with the “To invoice” status.
  4. Click on “Invoice”: a draft invoice is created in the owner's name and opens in the “Billing” screen.
  5. Check the invoice lines and then issue it.

Good to know

  • The created invoice includes a line for sales or rental fees at a 21% VAT rate, which you can modify in the lines before issuance.
  • A commission that has already been invoiced displays the invoice number, or “Draft invoice”, and this button opens the invoice directly.
  • Files without an assigned negotiator are grouped under “Unassigned”.
