Purpose
The “Accounting software” block on the “Accounting” screen provides a direct transfer of sales, purchases and movements to your accountant's software program, in order to avoid successive exports and imports and to ensure that the accounting entries remain aligned with the management data.
A direct connection depends on the software licence and the file maintained by your accountant, so it is not enabled by default but configured upon request for each organisation.
Where to find it
- Finance
- Accounting
“Accounting software” block at the bottom of the page.
Steps
- Open the “Accounting” screen and scroll down to the “Accounting software” block.
- Locate the software program used by your accountant: WinBooks, Octopus, Yuki, Exact Online, BOB 50 or Horus.
- Click on “Request configuration” on the corresponding card.
- Wait for contact from REOS, which prepares the connection with your accountant, while the card displays “Configuration requested” in the meantime.
- Continue using the “CSV” and “Excel” exports until the service goes live.
Good to know
- The request is recorded in the subscription request tracking, where you can view its progress.
- Only one request per software program remains open at a time, in order to prevent duplicates.
Custom configuration, on request to REOS
The direct transfer to WinBooks, Octopus, Yuki, Exact Online, BOB 50 or Horus depends on the software licence and the accountant's file. The “Request configuration” button sends a request to REOS, which configures the connection using the organisation's contracts and access rights as well as those of its accountant. Without this configuration, the journals remain exportable in CSV and Excel from the same screen.
