Manage document templates

Consult REOS templates, duplicate them in order to adapt them and create your own templates with variable fields, by market and by language.

Purpose

Templates serve as the basis for documents sent for signature, which include sales, rental and management mandates, residential, student and commercial leases, purchase offers, off-plan reservations, inventories of fixtures and work orders.

Each template is defined for a market and a language, which allows REOS to automatically suggest the template suited to the organisation when a document is generated.

Where to find it

  1. Operations
  2. Templates

Steps

  1. Open “Templates” and filter the list by document type, or keep “All types”.
  2. Click on “Preview” in order to consult a template and test it with sample values.
  3. Click on “Duplicate” in order to create an editable copy of a REOS template, which appears with the origin “Organisation”.
  4. Click on “New template” or on “Edit”, and then fill in the “Title”, the “Document type”, the “Market” and the “Language”.
  5. Write the “Content (HTML, {{field}} for variables)” and declare the “Fields (one per line: key | label)” so that each variable is offered for input.
  6. Tick “Active” in order for the template to be offered for sending, and then click on “Save”.

Good to know

  • REOS templates are read-only, meaning only their copy can be modified or deleted.
  • The available markets are BE-BXL, BE-WAL, BE-VL, FR, LU, NL, ES and ALL.
  • The deletion of a template does not affect signature requests that have already been sent.
  • An “Inactive” template remains in the list but is no longer offered when a document is generated.
