Getting started

Reading the overview

Key portfolio metrics, twelve-month rents, and items to handle, gathered on the portal home screen.

Purpose

The “Overview” is the home screen of the portal. It gathers, for the active organisation, the figures that allow you to assess the state of the portfolio at a glance: units under management, occupancy, rent collected, fees, arrears, and mandates reaching maturity.

The cards located below the indicators list the items that require action, each linking to the corresponding screen so that you can handle the point without having to search for it.

Where to find it

  1. Overview

Steps

  1. Open “Overview” at the top of the menu or click on the name of your organisation at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Consult the six indicators: “Units under management”, “Occupancy”, “Rent collected”, “Management fees”, “Arrears” and “Mandates within 90 days”.
  3. Analyse the “Rent collected per month” chart in order to compare invoiced rents and actually collected rents month by month.
  4. Browse the “Arrears to handle” and “Mandates to renew” cards, then click on “View all” to open the full list.
  5. Track the visits for the next fifteen days, new enquiries, your open tasks, and “Recent activity” in the lower cards.

Good to know

  • The chart covers twelve months: the solid bar represents the rent collected and the outline represents the invoiced rent, with the difference corresponding to the arrears for the month. The calculation is based on leases rather than an accounting export.
  • The “Occupancy by city” card groups the units according to the city of their building, which allows you to quickly identify a sector with lower occupancy.
  • The “My tasks” card only displays the open tasks assigned to you, just like the screen of the same name.
  • All data comes from the active organisation; if you belong to several organisations, switch organisation in order to consult their respective figures.
