Getting started

Tracking my tasks

The list of tasks assigned to you, complete with their due date, priority, and direct access to the relevant record.

Purpose

The “My tasks” screen gathers only the tasks assigned to your account, in order that each team member has a personal working list, separate from the collective schedule.

A task can be linked to another record, such as a unit, a lease, a ticket, an owner, a building, or a mandate, which allows you to move from the task to the relevant file without searching.

Where to find it

  1. My tasks

The number of open tasks assigned to you appears next to the menu entry.

Steps

  1. Open “My tasks” at the top of the menu in order to display your tasks, sorted by due date.
  2. Click “New” to create a task, and then fill in “Title”, “Due”, “Priority”, and the “Assigned to” field.
  3. Click on a row to view the task, or use “Open record” to access the file to which it is linked.
  4. Click “Complete” when the task is accomplished, or “Reopen” if it needs to be resumed.
  5. Select multiple rows in order to complete, reopen, or “Change status” for them in a single operation.

Good to know

  • The screen displays only the tasks whose “Assigned to” field designates your account, whereas a task assigned to a colleague appears in their own list.
  • The available priorities are “Low”, “Normal”, “High”, and “Urgent”, which allows you to distinguish emergencies in a date-sorted list.
  • The open tasks assigned to you also appear in the “My tasks” card of the “Overview”.
