Purpose
The bell located in the top bar displays your personal notification feed. Each member sees only the notifications intended for them, in order to ensure that alerts remain targeted.
Notifications are issued by the portal when an event justifies them, for instance the execution of an automation, a visit unconfirmed by the visitor or a reminder related to anti-money laundering obligations, and they direct you, whenever possible, to the relevant record.
Where to find it
- Overview
Bell-shaped icon on the right of the top bar across all screens.
Steps
- Locate the dot displayed on the bell, which indicates the presence of unread notifications.
- Click on the bell in order to display the twelve most recent notifications with their date and time.
- Click on a notification to mark it as read and directly open the item to which it relates.
- Click on “Mark all as read” in order to clear all unread notifications in a single operation.
Good to know
- New notifications appear without reloading the page, because the portal receives them as soon as they are created.
- The menu header indicates the number of unread notifications, or “Nothing new” when the feed is up to date.
- The notified events and the desired channel, in the portal or by email, are configured in the “Notifications” pane of the settings.
- Notices intended for the organisation as a whole, such as those related to signatures, are sent to the “Contact email” defined in the organisation settings.
