Purpose
The details of a fund call display the called amount, the paid amount, and the status of the entry for each co-owner. Recording payments keeps individual accounts and the co-ownership fund balance up to date.
Reminders allow you to notify co-owners of amounts remaining due after the deadline by sending an email accompanied by the fund call PDF.
Where to find it
- Co-ownership
- Fund calls
Open a fund call to access its entries.
Steps
- Open the relevant fund call with “Open” in order to display the entry for each co-owner.
- Click on “Record a payment” on the entry, verify the proposed “Amount”, specify the date in “Paid on” and any optional note, then click on “Save”.
- Click on “Remind” for a specific co-owner, or on the reminder button for all unpaid entries at the top of the fund call, in order to send a reminder via email.
- From the list, select one or more issued fund calls and use “Remind unpaid” to send reminders for all outstanding entries at once.
Good to know
- Every morning, entries for an issued fund call that have passed their due date and are not settled change to the “Late” status.
- A partially settled entry changes to the “Part paid” status, and the reminder will then only request the remaining balance.
- The “Email” column indicates the date of sending, the number of reminders, or the “No email” mention.
