Co-ownership

Generate and issue fund calls

Calculate a call based on the budget or an amount, check the draft lines, and then send each co-owner their call in PDF format.

Purpose

The “Fund calls” screen calculates, for a co-ownership, the share due by each co-owner for the working capital or the reserve fund, either based on a fraction of the “Budget of the year” or based on an amount distributed according to an “Allocation key”.

The call is initially created as a draft, with one line per co-owner, so that you can verify it; nothing is sent before it is issued.

Where to find it

  1. Co-ownership
  2. Fund calls

Steps

  1. Click on “Generate a call”, choose the “Co-ownership” and the “Fund”, and then enter an explicit “Description”.
  2. Choose the “Basis”: “Budget of the year”, with the “Share of the budget” (full year, semester, quarter, or month) and the “Budget year”, or “Amount on a key”, with the amount to be distributed.
  3. Select the “Allocation key” if necessary, indicate the period and the “Due” date, and then click on “Generate a call”.
  4. Check the amount, the “Reference”, and the presence of an email address for each co-owner in the call details.
  5. Click on “Issue and send” so that each co-owner receives their call by email, with the PDF detailing the amount, the account, and the “Reference” to be used.

Good to know

  • The “Issue and send” action is also available via multiple selection from the list, which allows you to issue several calls in a single operation.
  • The “Collected” column in the list indicates the percentage of each call that has already been paid.
