Co-ownership

Draft and send the minutes

Have the AI draft a minutes project from the notes or the recording, review it, and then send it to the co-owners.

Purpose

The assembly "Minutes" card gathers the meeting notes, any audio recording, and the text of the minutes. The AI drafts a project from these elements, the agenda, the quorum, and the voting results, in order to reduce the drafting time after the meeting.

The project remains a draft that you review and correct, and it is only sent at your request.

Where to find it

Good to know

  • AI drafting requires at least notes or a recording, and if they are missing, a message prompts you to add them.
  • After sending, the card displays the sending date, and the assembly list displays the "Minutes sent" status.
  • The sent minutes are accessible to the co-owners in the documents of their portal.
