Setup, migration and integrations
Frequently asked questions on “Setup, migration and integrations”, with the details specific to your market where the rules depend on it.
How do you create an account on REOS and why does the portal initially remain closed?
You can create an account online by specifying your organisation, market and language, which determines the country rules and document language. The portal remains closed until a subscription plan is chosen because the unit and storage limits depend on it, and selecting a plan then opens a seven-day trial without billing.

Link to this questionHow is data migrated from our current software to REOS?
Data migration is part of the implementation process: owners, units, leases, mandates and documents are extracted from your current software, mapped to the REOS model and then loaded. The price is determined after a scoping phase because it depends on the portfolio size and the quality of the source data.

Link to this questionHow are listings published on third-party real estate portals?
The publishing module posts your listings on your agency public website and in XML and JSON feeds. Connection to a third-party real estate portal is not active by default and is custom-built upon request from the portal using your agency contract and access credentials, as each portal reserves its interface for its professional clients.
United Kingdom For the United Kingdom, the relevant portals include Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, each connected on a custom basis.

Link to this questionCan we automate the import of our bank statements into REOS?
Automatic statement import depends on your bank and is therefore set up on a custom basis upon request from the portal. As a standard feature, you can import your bank CSV export, and payments are reconciled using the payment reference followed by the amount and the name.

Link to this questionHow do we set up a qualified signature or strong identification?
A qualified signature or strong identification relies on a contract between your agency and the relevant service provider. You request it from the portal, which triggers a request tracked by REOS, and configuration is then carried out on a custom basis with your access credentials. Simple electronic signatures, compliant with the eIDAS regulation, remain available without specific configuration.

Link to this questionWhich export formats and standard interfaces are available without specific configuration?
Without any particular configuration, REOS provides a read-only REST API and signed webhooks, CSV and Excel exports, XML and JSON feeds of published listings, and an iCalendar feed per user. These interfaces allow you to connect your own tools, such as business intelligence software, without waiting for custom development.

If you are already a client, use the request this feature button in the site assistant or the custom configuration request in the portal, and your request joins the thread tracked by REOS in the subscription area. If you are not yet a client, the same form sends your requirement to the sales team, who will contact you to evaluate feasibility.
