Purpose
The "Returns" screen calculates key investment indicators based on leases, called and collected rents, asset financials and financing data, so that you can assess the performance of your entire portfolio or a specific building.
The indicators include annual rents, occupancy rate, financial vacancy, gross and net returns, cash flow after debt, value, remaining principal, loan-to-value ratio and commercial WALT, among others.

Good to know
- A gross return without a purchase price or a ratio without a value is flagged with "Purchase price missing" or "Value missing", which indicates the data that you need to complete.
- Every new value entered is recorded in the "Value history" of the financial data.
- The rent roll distinguishes commercial leases and indicates the asking rent for vacant units, in order to provide a complete overview.
