Purpose
The “Projects” screen groups your development programmes. A project page brings together its dashboard, unit grid, construction site and schedule, options, site updates, documents, and finish catalogue, in order to enable you to manage marketing and construction from a single location.
The overview displays the number of available, optioned, reserved, and sold units, the reserved turnover, the collected and called unpaid amounts, as well as construction progress.
Where to find it

- Projects
The “Development” group only appears if the “Property development” business line is ticked in “Settings”, “Organisation”.
Steps
- Click on “New” and complete the “Name”, status, “Legal framework”, address, and country of the project.
- Indicate the “Sales launch”, “Planned delivery”, and “Phases (comma separated)” if the project is marketed in phases.
- Enter the “Account holder”, IBAN and BIC, “Payment term, days”, “Option length, days”, and the “Finish choices close on” date, which will be included in payment requests and the purchaser portal.
- Save, and then click on “Open” in order to access the project page.
- In the “Linked buildings” card of the “Overview”, tick the portfolio buildings that make up the project, and then click on “Save”.
Good to know
- The “Reserved or sold” column in the list indicates the number of committed units out of the total for each project.
- Linking a building is necessary in order to create the corresponding unit in the portfolio from a project unit.
