Purpose
The lot grid presents the entire development by building and by floor, with each lot displaying a colour corresponding to its status: available, under option, reserved, or sold. It serves as the daily working tool for the sales team, allowing them to see at a glance which units remain for sale.
Each lot opens in a panel that consolidates its characteristics, plan, linked unit, reservation, and options.
Where to find it
- Development

Steps
- Open the project, navigate to the “Lots” section, and click on “New lot”.
- Enter the “Reference”, the “Building”, the “Floor (0 = ground floor)”, the type, the “Bedrooms”, the “Surface (m²)”, the “Terrace (m²)”, the “Price”, and the “Phase”, then save your changes.
- Filter the grid by status, building, type, or phase in order to quickly locate the relevant lots.
- Click on a lot to open its panel, then click on “Add the plan (PDF)” in order to attach its plan.
- Click on “Create the unit” in order to create and link the corresponding unit within the portfolio.
- Click on “Reserve” in order to open the reservation form, which is pre-filled with the project, the lot, the price, and the contact under option if applicable.
Good to know
- The plan must be a PDF file of 20 MB or less; it is then accessible to the buyer via their personal space.
- Creating a unit requires that a building is linked to the project within the “Linked buildings” card.
- The “Reserve” button is disabled for a sold lot; when a reservation already exists, the panel offers “Open the reservation”.
