These terms cover the website. Platform subscriptions are governed by the signed order form and service agreement.
Website use
The content of this site is provided for information. Screens, figures and examples are illustrative and do not form a contractual commitment on functionality or performance.
Subscriptions
- Plans are contracted annually and billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- Prices are quoted excluding value added tax.
- Unit caps per plan are checked on the average of the billing period.
- Implementation services are quoted separately and invoiced on milestones.
Availability and support
Service levels, availability commitments and support response times are defined in the service agreement attached to the subscription. Enterprise agreements can include a dedicated environment.
Intellectual property
The platform, its interface and its documentation remain the property of the publisher. Customer data remains the property of the customer at all times.
Applicable law
Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, Belgian law applies and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
