Integrations
An operating system has to talk to the tools around it: portals, calendars, accounting, business intelligence and your own systems.
Portals
Publication runs through the official interface of each portal, using your agency contract and credentials. Every publication keeps its external reference, last sync time and last error, so a failure is visible instead of silent.
Calendars and email
- Two way calendar sync with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Email logging against contacts, owners and deals.
- Transactional email for statements, reminders and portal notifications.
Accounting and business intelligence
- Structured exports of revenue, fees, expenses and payouts per period.
- Connectors for common accounting packages, defined during implementation.
- Read only database connector for Power BI, Looker and similar tools.
API and webhooks
A REST API covers the core objects with organisation scoped keys. Webhooks fire on events that matter operationally: a mandate signed, a lease indexed, a statement published, a ticket closed, a listing rejected by a portal.
Immoweb
Requires an active Immoweb professional contract. The developer programme issues credentials to the agency, not to the software vendor.
Idealista
Access is granted per professional account after a request through the Idealista developer programme.
Rightmove
The property feed interface is available to member agents with a Rightmove agreement and a registered branch identifier.
SeLoger
Publication runs through the agency SeLoger contract, using the partner interface available to professional accounts.
Funda
Publication is reserved to affiliated Dutch agents through their Funda membership and the partner feed.
Our portal policy
REOS only connects through official portal interfaces and partner programmes. We do not scrape portals, and we never publish under credentials that do not belong to the agency.
Ready to see it on your own portfolio
A demo runs on a structure that looks like yours: your unit count, your mandate model, your portals. Forty five minutes, no slide deck.
