Who is responsible
REOS is operated by the publisher identified on the legal notice page. For any question about personal data, write to [email protected].
What we collect on this website
- Data you submit in the demo or contact form: company, name, role, email, phone, country, portfolio size and your message.
- Technical data needed to serve the site securely, such as the request log kept for a limited period.
- Analytics data only after you accept it in the consent banner.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a demo.
- To keep a record of commercial exchanges.
- To measure, in aggregate, which pages help visitors understand the product.
Who can access it
Only the REOS team, plus the processors needed to operate the service: European hosting, transactional email and, if you consented, analytics. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: up to three years after the last exchange.
- Technical logs: up to twelve months.
- Analytics: up to fourteen months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Platform data
When REOS is used as a platform, the customer organisation is the controller of the data it enters and REOS acts as processor under a data processing agreement. Hosting and file storage are located in the European Union.
