Phase 4

AI layer

Questions answered from your own portfolio, not a chatbot bolted on the side.

Artificial intelligence in property software is usually a text generator with no access to the data that matters. The useful version is the opposite: a layer that can read the portfolio, the mandates, the leases, the tickets and the ledger, and answer the questions a manager actually asks.

In REOS the assistant queries your own records under the same permissions as the user asking. Which mandates expire in the next sixty days, which tenants are in arrears, which units underperform their building, what happened on this apartment over three years. On top of that, the copilot drafts listings, summarises files, checks contracts and prepares owner reports.

What it does

  • Natural language questions answered from live portfolio data.
  • Document understanding: summarise a lease, extract dates and clauses.
  • Drafting: listing copy, owner emails, renewal letters, report commentary.
  • Anomaly detection on arrears, expiring mandates and underperforming units.
  • Permission aware, so an answer never exposes data the user cannot open.

What it automates

  • A monthly owner report is drafted with commentary on revenue, incidents and occupancy, ready for review.
  • A newly uploaded lease is summarised with its key dates pushed to the lease record for confirmation.
  • A pattern of late payments is flagged before it becomes a formal arrears case.

Records behind this module

These are the actual tables in the platform. Every other module reads the same rows, which is why nothing needs reconciling.

Frequently asked questions

Is our data used to train models?
No. Customer data is not used for model training, and the AI layer can be disabled per organisation.
Can the assistant change data?
It drafts and proposes. Any write action follows the same permissions and requires explicit confirmation.

Ready to see it on your own portfolio

A demo runs on a structure that looks like yours: your unit count, your mandate model, your portals. Forty five minutes, no slide deck.
