Pricing that follows the portfolio
Seat based pricing punishes you for giving an accountant access. REOS is priced on units under management, so the bill follows the value.
Why units and not seats
A property manager with 1 200 units and 30 people creates value per unit, not per login. Seat based pricing pushes agencies to share accounts, keep the accountant outside the system and leave technicians on paper, which is exactly what breaks the data.
Pricing on units under management removes that incentive. Everyone who touches a property has an account, the audit trail stays complete, and the invoice grows only when the business grows.

Implementation
Implementation is quoted separately, between 2 500 and 25 000 euro depending on portfolio size, offices, data quality and integrations.
- Pricing is driven by units under management, not by seats. Adding an administrator or an accountant never increases the bill.
- Implementation is quoted separately: data migration from your current software, workflow and commission configuration, document templates, permissions and team training.
- Contracts are annual, billed monthly or yearly. Enterprise agreements are quoted on portfolio size, entities, integrations and service level.
