Frequently asked questions

What size of portfolio does REOS target?
From roughly 500 units upwards, with the sweet spot between 500 and 5 000 units across one or several offices. Below 200 units the platform is heavier than most teams need.
How does migration from our current software work?
We extract owners, units, leases, mandates and documents, map them to the REOS object model and load them per office or per owner group. Most projects migrate in waves so no team stops working.
Do you support several countries in one account?
Yes. Country rules live on the market and the unit, so one organisation can hold Belgian, French, Spanish, Dutch and United Kingdom portfolios with their own indexation and certificates.
Which portals can we publish to?
The portals we support per market are listed on each market page, including Immoweb, Idealista, Rightmove, SeLoger and Funda. Publication always uses your own portal contract.
Do you scrape portals for market data?
No. We only use official interfaces and partner programmes. Scraping is a liability we will not put into a customer contract.
Does REOS replace our accounting package?
No. It covers the property financial layer, produces owner statements and payouts, and exports to your accounting system.
How is the AI layer different from a chatbot?
It queries your own records under your own permissions. Answers reference real units, mandates and leases, and it can draft documents and reports from that data.
What does implementation cost?
Between 2 500 and 25 000 euro or more depending on portfolio size, number of offices, data quality and integrations. It is quoted after a scoping session, never guessed.
Can owners and tenants access the system?
Owners have a portal scoped to their own portfolio. Tenants can report maintenance and, optionally, access a tenant portal. Neither sees anything else.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You receive a structured export of your data, and deletion follows the retention terms in the contract.
