Why we are building REOS

The pattern we kept seeing

Across industries, the same story repeats: a company grows past the point where generic tools work, then buys three specialised tools that do not talk to each other, then hires people to move data between them. The cost is invisible because it is spread across everyone day.

Real estate has that problem in an unusually pure form. The portfolio, the owner relationship, the mandate, the lease, the maintenance ticket and the money are one continuous chain, and almost every product on the market cuts it into pieces.

How we work

• We build with operators, not focus groups: the roadmap follows real portfolios.
• We ship the core before the extras, because a clean object model cannot be retrofitted.
• We refuse shortcuts that break under audit, including portal scraping.
• We treat implementation as part of the product, not as an afterthought sold by someone else.

Where we operate

REOS is developed in Belgium and distributed across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. The platform is part of a group that also builds vertical software for logistics and specialised distribution.
