Phase 2

Portal syndication

Publish once, update everywhere, through official portal APIs.

Every agency has felt the cost of double entry: a price drops, and someone has to remember four portal back offices plus the agency website. The listing that gets forgotten is the one a buyer sees, and the call starts with a complaint about a wrong price.

REOS keeps the listing on the unit and pushes it to the portals that matter in each market through their official interfaces. Prices, descriptions, photos and statuses propagate from one place, and every publication keeps its external reference, last sync time and last error so failures are visible instead of silent.

What it does

  • One listing per unit, many publications with their own status per portal.
  • Official portal interfaces per market, including Immoweb, Idealista, Rightmove, SeLoger and Funda.
  • Media pipeline that resizes and orders photos to each portal specification.
  • Sync log with external identifier, timestamp and error message per publication.
  • Agency website feed so the owned channel is never the stale one.

What it automates

  • A price change is saved once and pushed to every active publication within minutes.
  • A unit is let or sold and all publications are withdrawn automatically.
  • A portal rejects a photo set and the listing owner receives the exact error to fix.

Records behind this module

These are the actual tables in the platform. Every other module reads the same rows, which is why nothing needs reconciling.

Frequently asked questions

Do you scrape portals?
No. We only use official interfaces and partner integrations, which is the only approach that survives a portal contract review.
Which portals are available in my country?
Availability depends on your portal contracts. The market pages list the portals we support per country and the integration pages describe each one.

Ready to see it on your own portfolio

A demo runs on a structure that looks like yours: your unit count, your mandate model, your portals. Forty five minutes, no slide deck.
